This is a design competition proposal for a 28 story riverside Hotel/ Condominium that will be the feature corner building of a large adjacent residential development in a prosperous section of Beijing. It is intended to function as Five Star Hotel with an activity filled three story glass base which will include meeting rooms business center restaurants, night clubs, fitness center and SPA with retail shops that will open on to a busy street. The condominiums are distinguished from the hotel through that use of a different geometry and exterior ski and their orientation to the Kun Yu riverfront and marina.
