Z O A RCHITECTURE  

We provide design services that range from conceptual design through construction administration for a diverse mix of project, sports and entertainment, hospitality, corporate office, retail and commercial, residential and interiors projects. Our current practice has multiple ongoing projects in China and the U.S. and is influenced by both Eastern and Western cultural and aesthetic traditions.

We are committed to an ongoing design exploration to develop a fresh combination of design ideas with the intention of producing an engaging and humane environment for people to experience that establishes our built projects dynamically into an increasingly complex urban environment.

The design process we provide takes the form of an interactive and transparent collaboration between the clients, design and technical consultants and design staffs. All projects proceed with an ongoing analysis of programmatic and budget implications of design decisions made. Current technologies are researched and utilized to maximize that design potential for each project. We believe that with the development of any design to a high level a project can help produce a built environment that returns an added value financially, culturally and spiritually.
