The design proposal for mixed-use development in the Donaustadt business district of Vienna - an International Trade Center between China and Europe including transit shopping mall, corporate headquarters, hotel and condominiums.

The proposed development engaged with transit center on an isolated piece of land in between railroad and city's major highway.
