The mixed use project includes 280,000 m²construction area—250,000 m² of residential units, and 30,000 m² of retail and commercial space.  The site will also include fitness centers, neighborhood offices, and kindergarten. The design concept for the site integrates two elements—maximization of southern frontage for the residential units, and creation of large scaled landscaped courtyards.  The buildings enclose the courtyards creating large outdoor rooms.  These interior park spaces are connected to the new riverfront park area through a network of pedestrian routes.
