This is an invited competition entry for the development of a Corporate headquarters and Commercial / Entertainment Center for the CSCEC corporation ( an international construction firm). It includes a 12 story Office Tower, Hotel, above and lower multiple level Retail, Commercial and Entertainment spaces with integrated under ground parking. It opens up to the main intersection of the surrounding streets has a central open, inviting public plaza on axis to views of the local mountains. It is meant to become a place for public interaction with restaurants, movie theaters, meeting halls along with retail and commercial spaces surrounding a court with a typical Nanjing water feature (with waterfall) and lining the adjacent dynamic street edges.  It is meant to be a destination project that will encourage public interaction and define a local identity for the adjacent large residential district and the many nearby colleges.
