This project is located at the ocean front property in a popular vacation destination city, Yantai. It is a 5-star Resort Hotel (280 rooms), Luxury Condominiums (88 units) with Convention Center. All units are expected to have clear view of the ocean and have generous balcony.

The approach and drop off experience will give the visitor an initial sense of luxury and privacy through arrival the in a large circular entry court. A view of the ocean will greet the visitor from at the check-in desk. An open plan will expose many of the hotel's activities from the lobby.
